I understand that I am participating in the Explore USA Tours LLC day trip to Six Flags Great Adventure – Fright Night 2026 on Friday, October 30, 2026.

This package includes:

• Round-trip motor coach transportation

• Admission ticket to Six Flags Great Adventure

I understand that meals, souvenirs, games, lockers, parking, Haunted Attractions Passes, and any personal expenses are not included unless specifically stated.

Participant Responsibilities

 

I agree to:

• Arrive at the designated departure location at least 30 minutes before departure

• Be present at the bus before the scheduled departure times

• Follow all instructions given by the Explore USA Tours staff

• Respect fellow passengers, bus personnel, and park employees

• Follow all Six Flags Great Adventure rules and regulations

• Wear appropriate clothing and comfortable footwear

• Keep my personal belongings with me at all times

I understand that failure to follow these rules may result in my removal from the tour without any refund.

Departure Schedule

​

Departure from New York City: 1:00 PM.

Participants should arrive no later than 12:30 PM.

Departure from Six Flags Great Adventure: 11:30 PM.

I understand that the bus will leave promptly at 11:30 PM.

If I miss the departure, I understand that it is my responsibility to arrange and pay for my own transportation home.

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed departures.

Health and Safety

​

I certify that I am physically able to participate in this trip.

I understand that some rides and attractions may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, pregnancy, back or neck injuries, heart conditions, or other health concerns.

I agree to follow all ride safety instructions and posted restrictions.

Assumption of Risk

 

I understand that amusement parks involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Slips, trips, and falls

• Ride-related incidents

• Weather-related conditions

• Crowded environments

• Physical exertion

• Scare actors and Halloween attractions

• Loud noises, flashing lights, fog effects, and special effects

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this trip.

Liability Release

 

I release and hold harmless Explore USA Tours LLC, its owners, employees, tour coordinators, volunteers, bus companies, drivers, and affiliates from any liability for:

• Personal injury

• Illness

• Property loss or damage

• Delays

• Accidents

• Theft

• Missed attractions

• Schedule changes caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond their control

Photography Release

I grant Explore USA Tours LLC permission to photograph or record me during this trip for promotional purposes, including use on social media, websites, brochures, and advertisements, without compensation.

Cancellation Policy

​

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment

• All payments are non-refundable unless Explore USA Tours cancels the trip

• Reservations may be transferred to another person up to two (2) weeks before departure, subject to approval by Explore USA Tours

• Explore USA Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify the itinerary due to weather, park operations, insufficient participation, or other circumstances beyond its control

Important Notice

 

Fright Night is designed to be a Halloween-themed event featuring:

• Haunted attractions

• Scare actors

• Loud sounds

• Flashing lights

• Fog and special effects

• Dark environments

 

Some attractions may not be suitable for young children or individuals sensitive to intense Halloween experiences.

 

Haunted Mazes require a separate Haunted Attractions Pass, which is not included in this package.

By signing below, I acknowledge that:

• I have read this agreement in its entirety.

• I understand the risks associated with this trip.

• I agree to follow all tour policies and instructions.

• I voluntarily accept all terms and conditions stated above.
