Cancellation Policy

Las Vegas and USA National Parks Tour Trip Dates: April 25-40, 2026 Organizer: Explore USA Tours LLC All travelers are responsible for carrying the required travel documentation, including a valid passport and any necessary visas. Failure to present proper identification may result in denied boarding without refund. Reservations must be completed through the official Explore USA Tours website. Travelers may choose full payment or contact Explore USA Tours for alternative payment options. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made on or before January 12, 2027: 0% penalty (minus transaction fees). Cancellations made on or before February 12, 2027: 50% penalty (minus transaction fees). Cancellations made on or after March 25, 2027: 100% penalty. In some situations, travelers may be able to reschedule the trip. In the event of an emergency, travelers must provide valid documentation (such as a doctor’s note). In these cases, the reservation may be transferred to another person, subject to shared-room occupancy arrangements. Terms and Conditions By booking this tour, travelers acknowledge and accept that Explore USA Tours LLC is not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, delays, flight cancellations, late departures, or other disruptions caused by third parties or circumstances beyond its control. Accommodations are based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified. Changes to room occupancy may result in additional charges. Travelers are expected to follow all tour guidelines and maintain respectful conduct toward fellow travelers, staff, and property. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against emergencies, illness, flight disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Explore USA Tours LLC reserves the right to modify the itinerary when necessary due to safety, weather, or operational requirements. All travelers are responsible for completing their payment plan according to the agreed deadlines. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund. By participating in the tour, travelers consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes unless they provide written notice opting out. Participation in the tour constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.
