Cancellation Policy

Trip Dates: March 24–29, 2027 Organizer: Explore USA Tours LLC 1. Travel Documents Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification required for domestic air travel, including a passport and visa if applicable. Failure to present valid ID may result in denied boarding without a refund. 2. Reservations & Payments Reservations must be completed through Zelle to Explore USA Tours – 646-464-4407. Down Payment: $300 Non-refundable amount: $100 Payment Date: August 1, 2026 3. Cancellation Policy On or before December 12, 2026: 0% cancellation penalty, minus transaction fees. December 13, 2026–January 12, 2027: 50% penalty, minus transaction fees. January 25, 2027 or later: 100% penalty. Emergency Exception: With valid documentation, travelers may transfer their reservation to another person before January 25, 2027. Shared-room pricing and room arrangements will remain subject to availability. 4. Terms & Conditions By booking this tour, travelers agree that: Explore USA Tours LLC is not responsible for injuries, losses, delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third parties, weather, strikes, or circumstances beyond its control. Room arrangements are based on single, double, triple, or quad occupancy. Changes may result in additional charges. Explore USA Tours is not responsible for flight cancellations or delays. Travelers must follow tour guidelines and maintain respectful conduct. Violations may result in removal from the tour without refund. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. The itinerary may change due to weather, safety, or operational circumstances. All payments must be completed according to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund. Travelers consent to the use of photos or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes unless they opt out in writing. 5. Agreement By signing, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions for participation in the Alaska Tour, March 24–29, 2027.
