Cancellation Policy

12-Day Caribbean Cruise from New York Travel Dates: December 11–23, 2026 Organizer: Explore USA Tours LLC Participants are responsible for carrying all required travel documents, including a valid passport and any necessary visas. Failure to present proper identification may result in denied boarding without refund. Reservations must be completed through the official Explore USA Tours website. Travelers may choose to pay in full or contact the company to discuss available payment options. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made on or before August 12, 2026, receive a refund minus transaction fees. Cancellations made between August 13 and September 12, 2026, incur a 50% cancellation penalty plus transaction fees. Cancellations made on or after September 25, 2026, are non-refundable. In certain situations, travelers may be eligible to reschedule their cruise. In case of a documented emergency, travelers may transfer their reservation to another person, subject to shared-room occupancy conditions. Terms and Conditions By booking this tour, travelers acknowledge that Explore USA Tours LLC is not liable for injuries, losses, delays, damages, or disruptions caused by third parties or circumstances beyond its control. Accommodations are based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified, and occupancy changes may result in additional charges. Participants are expected to follow tour guidelines and maintain respectful conduct throughout the trip. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour without refund. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected events such as illness, emergencies, or travel disruptions. Explore USA Tours LLC reserves the right to modify the itinerary when necessary due to safety, weather, or operational considerations. Travelers are responsible for completing all scheduled payments by the agreed deadlines. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. By participating in the tour, travelers consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes unless they provide written notice opting out. Participation and booking constitute acceptance of all terms and conditions, which may be updated without prior notice.
