3. Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Deadlines & Penalties

​

• 0% penalty (minus transaction fee) if canceled on or before August 12, 2026

• 50% penalty (minus transaction fee) if canceled on or before September 12, 2026

• 100% penalty if canceled on or after September 25, 2026

• In some cases, you can reschedule the cruise and take it another time

Emergency Exception

​

If you cannot travel due to an emergency, you must provide valid documentation (doctor’s note or equivalent).

​

In this case, you may transfer your spot to another person, understanding that the booking is based on shared-room pricing and room arrangements may not change.

Explore USA Tours LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party vendors, natural events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

2. Cruise & Room Policies

Rooms are based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated. Any changes to occupancy may result in additional charges.

3. Behavior & Conduct

​

Travelers must follow all tour guidelines and respect fellow travelers, staff, and property. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.

4. Travel Insurance Recommendation

​

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of emergencies, illness, flight disruption, or other unforeseen events.

5. Itinerary Changes

​

Explore USA Tours LLC reserves the right to adjust or modify the itinerary for safety, weather, or operational reasons.

6. Payment Agreement

​

All travelers are responsible for completing their payment plan by the deadlines stated during booking. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation without refund.

7. Photography & Media Release

​

By participating in this tour, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes unless you provide written notice opting out.
