Money Back Info

  • Cancel 30+ days out: All back less $50. Cancel 15-29 days out: 50% back. Under 15 days: No refund is possible. We recommend traveler insurance for all participants.

Date Changes

Switch your tour dates up to 21 days before original departure for a $35 fee. Any changes made within 20 days of the trip are treated as standard cancellations.

Unforeseen Tour Cancellations

If Explore USA Tours cancels due to safety or government rules, you get a total refund or credit. This ensures your money is safe even if we cannot proceed with the trip.
