1. Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification required for domestic air travel, including a passport and visa if applicable. Failure to present valid ID may result in denied boarding without a refund.

2. Reservations & Payments
Reservations must be completed through Zelle to Explore USA Tours – 646-464-4407.

Down Payment: $300
Non-refundable amount: $100
Payment Date: August 1, 2026

3. Cancellation Policy
On or before December 12, 2026: 0% cancellation penalty, minus transaction fees.
December 13, 2026–January 12, 2027: 50% penalty, minus transaction fees.
January 25, 2027 or later: 100% penalty.

Emergency Exception: With valid documentation, travelers may transfer their reservation to another person before January 25, 2027. Shared-room pricing and room arrangements will remain subject to availability.

4. Terms & Conditions
By booking this tour, travelers agree that:

• Explore USA Tours LLC is not responsible for injuries, losses, delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third parties, weather, strikes, or circumstances beyond its control

• Room arrangements are based on single, double, triple, or quad occupancy. Changes may result in additional charges

• Explore USA Tours is not responsible for flight cancellations or delays

• Travelers must follow tour guidelines and maintain respectful conduct. Violations may result in removal from the tour without refund

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended

• The itinerary may change due to weather, safety, or operational circumstances

• All payments must be completed according to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund

• Travelers consent to the use of photos or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes unless they opt out in writing.
