• 0% penalty to cancel or change your tour one month before your trip

• 50% penalty to cancel three weeks before the trip

• 100% penalty for cancellations made less than one week before the trip

• You may transfer or sell your ticket to another person up to two weeks prior to departure. The new traveler must sign this agreement, and Explore USA Tours must be informed of the change

Tour Bus Terms

Note: CRUISE AND FLIGHT TRIPS are will follow all , expect #1  departure place or time.

1. Departure and Return

For most tours, the departure location is 137th Street and Broadway (outside the #1 Train City College Station)at 6:45am . Return time to New York is approximately 9:30 PM, depending on traffic and other conditions. Private tour departures depend on the organization's location.

​

It is your responsibility to arrive on time. If you are running late, please call 646-464-4407. Normally, we cannot wait more than five minutes after the scheduled departure time. No refunds or credits will be given for late arrivals or no-shows.

​

It is your responsibility to inform Explore USA Tours of any special needs or requirements, such as hotel accommodations or dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate requests.

​

2. Transportation

Transportation is provided by buses equipped with air conditioning and restroom facilities. We reserve the right to substitute a motor coach with a van or minibus if tour capacity requires it. Rest stops will be made during most tours.

​

Smoking is strictly prohibited on all vehicles.

​

3. Tour Staff

Tours include a tour guide and a bus driver.

​

4. Photography

We may take photographs during tours for use on our website, social media, brochures, or promotional materials. If you do not wish your photo to be used, please notify us before the photo is taken.

5. Liability

Explore USA Tours acts only as an agent for travelers and is not responsible for schedule changes, delays, accidents, injuries, loss of property, or the performance of transportation companies, hotels, vendors, or attractions.

​

We reserve the right to change itineraries and prices without notice when necessary.

​

6. Gratuities and Admissions

Gratuities for bus drivers and tour guides are not included unless specifically stated. No refunds will be provided for unused admissions, services, meals, or hotel accommodations.

7. Seating and Room Assignments

Seats are assigned according to booking date. Requests for front, middle, rear, window, or aisle seats will be honored whenever possible.

​

If traveling alone and requesting a roommate, a single supplement may apply. If a roommate becomes available, the difference may be refunded after the tour.

​

8. Payments

Full payment is required one month before departure. Reservations not paid in full by the due date may be canceled and deposits forfeited.

​

We accept cash, Visa, and Mastercard.

​

9. International Travel

Passengers are responsible for carrying valid travel documents, including passports, citizenship documents, visas, or Enhanced Driver's Licenses when required.

10. Casino Trips

Guests must be 21 years or older and present a valid photo ID. Casino bonuses are subject to change without notice.

11. Tour Cancellations

Explore USA Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient participation or other circumstances. Refunds will be issued, less applicable service charges.

12. Right to Refuse Service

Explore USA Tours reserves the right to accept or reject any passenger before or during a tour.

​

13. Identification

Passengers must carry a valid photo ID during travel.

​

14. Tour Guide Assistance

Our tour guides assist travelers from departure until the conclusion of the trip and are available to answer questions throughout the tour.

15. Room Occupancy

All prices are based on room occupancy:

​

• Single: 1 person per room

• Double: 2 people per room

• Triple: 3 people per room

• Quad: 4 people per room

​

Triple and Quad rooms generally contain two double beds.

​

16. Price Guarantee

Prices are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, fuel surcharges, supplier increases, exchange rate fluctuations, or other factors.

17. Itinerary Changes

Explore USA Tours reserves the right to make changes to itineraries and hotels when necessary. We will strive to provide accommodations of equal or greater value.

18. Information Accuracy

We make every effort to provide accurate information. However, we are not responsible for changes made by suppliers after publication.

​

19. Luggage

Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings. Explore USA Tours is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage.

20. Lost and Found

Please check for all belongings before leaving the bus. Found items will be kept in our office for two weeks.

21. Customer Feedback

We welcome comments and suggestions that help improve our services.

​

22. Clothing and Weather

Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Tours operate rain or shine.

23. Travel Protection

Travel Protection Plans may be available. Contact us for details.

24. Cell Phone Use

Please minimize cell phone use on the bus and respect fellow travelers.

25. Unused Travel Portions

No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of a trip.

26. Roommate Cancellation

If your roommate cancels and another roommate cannot be found, the single supplement will apply.

27. Restaurant Liability

Restaurants and food providers are responsible for food served. Explore USA Tours is not liable for food-related incidents.

​

28. Discounts and Promotions

We may offer discounts, coupons, and early-bird rates on selected tours. Customers may choose to take advantage of available promotions.

29. Changes

All information in this agreement is subject to change without notice.
